 This page explains the TDR Referral Rewards Process, as well as our Personal Sponsorship processes and stipulations.

A team consists of upto 2 people, who will share a room on a Rally.

Referrals

• If you refer a driver/team to sign up for one of our 1-2 Day Rallies, you'll receive a free Team spot on the next 1 Day Rally.
• If you refer a driver/team to sign up for one of our 3+ Day Rallies, you'll receive a free Team spot on the next 1 Day Rally, and a raffle ticket for you and the person you referred.
• If you refer a driver/team to sign up for one of our 6+ Day Rallies, you'll receive a free Team spot on the next 1 Day Rally, and 2 raffle tickets for you and the person you referred.

If you're a Silver, Gold, or Platinum Member, referrals will work differently:

• If you refer a driver/team to sign up for one of our 1-2 Day Rallies, you'll receive a free raffle ticket for you and the person you referred.
• If you refer a driver/team to sign up for one of our 3+ Day Rallies, you'll receive a free T-Shirt for you and your team member.
• If you refer a driver/team to sign up for one of our 6+ Day Rallies, you'll receive free T-Shirts for your team, as well as the team you referred.

Personal Sponsorship

Personal Sponsorship  is a way for individuals or teams to knock down the costs of attending a Rally. The goal is that an individual or team can approach potential sponsors who will help them pay for a rally spot in exchange for services rendered or through marketing and promotion.  This section seeks to answer any questions you may have, and inform you of the general information pertaining to this topic.

Depending on the situation and the agreement you come to with a personal sponsor, you may be able to fund your spot(s) on more than one Rally. Keep this in mind as you negotiate with different companies/brands. 100% of the funds you raise will apply towards your spot(s) on our Rally. 

Ideas for self promotion:

• You can make a post, or post regularly on your personal social media outlets to promote a personal sponsor.
• You can put the logos of personal sponsors on your vehicle. Atlantic Wraps would be happy to assist you in this process, given you book an appointment with sufficient time prior to a Rally.
• You can buy/use a product (or products) on your vehicle in order to secure a personal sponsorship deal.
• You can render a service for a company/brand in exchange for a personal sponsorship deal. 

Personal Sponsors are not Rally Sponsors automatically. 

For example, if you approached Audi to sponsor you on a Rally,  and they agree to sponsor you, they will not be considered a sponsor of Tour Delux Rally as a whole, and will not appear on/in any of our official publications (online, print, or otherwise).  If they wish to sponsor TDR as a whole, please have them contact us directly.

Rally Participants are not automatically Rally Affiliates.

When interacting with personal sponsors, you cannot claim to be a representative of Tour Delux Rally or speak for any of it's interests. If a personal sponsor has any questions regarding to TDR or its processes, please have them contact us directly.

Disclaimers:

Payment for your spot(s) must be made by the deadline specified for each rally regardless of when your personal sponsor agreed to pay you. Individuals/teams MUST obtain express permission to use the TDR logo or any of TDR's Sponsor's logos on personal promotional material. TDR is not responsible for any agreements made between an individual/team and their personal sponsor(s). TDR is not involved with upholding any agreements made between an individual/team and their personal sponsor(s). TDR reserves the right to reach out to, associate or disassociate with, and partner with any individual or team's personal sponsor(s) at any time.
