The Points Chase is an added incentive to attend Tour DeLux Rally Events and Shows, and engage in the local car community. Each year, we will offer different amounts of points for attendance at our various activities and Rallies. At the end of each Season, the points will be tallied and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 Teams.
We have allotted the points in such a way that someone could win without even going on more than one of our Full Rallies. This evens the playing field and allows the Local Enthusiast to compete with the Serial Rallier. Unless you're a TDR Member (Click for more info), or have joined us for a Rally (Click for more info), the Points Chase costs $200 to enter for the Season.
The Points Chase Season runs from Coastal Rally to next Coastal Rally
All your points will be automatically plotted as the Season progresses. Your points will be tracked even if you've not yet entered the Points Chase, ensuring that you're able to compete even if you join late in the season.
Here is a breakdown of how many points our various events are worth:
- Complete a TDR Survey about an event you attended: 10 Points
- Attend a Show/Meet TDR schedules as a group to be at: 25 Points*
- TDR Events (Runs/Cruises/Meets, etc): 50 Points*
- Rallies: 60 Points/Day Attended
- Become a TDR Silver Member: 40 Points
- Become a TDR Diamond Member: 120 Points
- Triple Crown Bonus: 200 Points
- After registering for a TDR event and withdraw from event you will receive a deduction in equal amount of points you would of received. A deduction from your total of points for season.
