TERM & RENEWAL: Membership runs 12 months from activation. Standard renewal is $399 annually. Recurring billing requires separate authorization.

FOUNDING OFFER: The first 25 memberships are offered at $349 for the first year. Founding Members receive numbered recognition; renewal is $399 annually.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP: Benefits belong to one named driver and are nontransferable. Passenger participation is subject to each event’s terms.

10% RALLY DISCOUNT: Members must complete two qualifying Signature Rallies at regular registration price in the same rally season. The 10% discount begins on the third qualifying Signature Rally and continues for additional eligible Signature Rallies that season while membership remains active. Qualifying rally counts reset each season. Excludes separately charged lodging, taxes, third-party activities, and charitable donations unless specified. Not combinable with other promotions unless approved.

EARLY ACCESS & CAPACITY: Members have a 72-hour early registration window on eligible rallies; access does not guarantee availability or a reserved spot.

DEPARTURE ORDER & SAFETY: Priority pull-out is provided where practical. Organizers determine final driving groups, placement, and safety procedures. All traffic laws and event instructions apply.

OTHER BENEFITS: Partner offers, photography benefits, and members-only activities depend on availability; some experiences may have additional charges.

CONDUCT: Respect fellow participants, communities, and hosts. Serious misconduct or unsafe driving may result in suspension or termination.

CANCELLATION & UPDATES: Membership fees are nonrefundable after activation except where required by law. Cancellation stops future renewal, not separate rally bookings. TDR may revise future-term benefits with advance notice.
